Payment is due at the time of the treatment. If you have extended medical coverage, you will be asked to pay us directly at the time of treatment and then follow up with your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment please call the clinic 24 hours before your scheduled appointment in order that we can give your slot to another patient. If you do not give us 24 hours notice or if you miss your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full fee. Monday appointments need to be cancelled on the previous Friday.
